It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Chris, who left this world on June 4, 2026, at the age of 53. Born on March 24, 1973, in Phoenix,Az Chris was full of laughter, and love to all who knew him.
Chris was the son of Margaret, and he shared a neverending bond with his surviving brothers, Michael, James, and Matthew, and his sister, Karen and charidy. His son, Jeremy, was the light of his life and created many loving memories. Chris also adored his nephews, Alfred, Anthony, Adrian, Mikey, Arthur,Izaiah, sir, lil Matt and logan.along with his nieces, Mari, Elena, Mary, Mariana, Alyssa, Ariah, Aztlana,Jade,Alysia,Destiny and Izzy.. His legacy of love extends to his great-nephews, Bengi,Nico and Toni. And great-nieces, Amira and Benzii, who will forever have him in their hearts.
Chris is a graduate of Camelback High School, Who was known for his culinary skills and his love for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Chris made every game day a celebration —"Steelers Country or Pittsburge Baby was heard by all who weren't pittsburge fans.
He loved walks his son and enjoyed time with his nieces and nephews at monster jam. He enjoyed a night out at the bar, taking shots, doing scratchers, But most of all with his siblings doing them beer shotguns.
He was welcomed by his father, Edward, step-dad, James, His grandparents, and many other loved ones, Chris's legacy is oneno one could forget which are filled with love and many great memories. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled, yet his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved him.
A service to honor Chris's life will be held on June 19, 2026, at Whitney Murphy Mortuary from 12:00 to 1:00pm for immediate family. And then service and visitation for family and friends from 1:30pm until 5:00pm. The family ask that all who attend to please wear Pittsburgh Steeler attire, in honor of celebrating the life of a man who found so much excitement for the sport and enjoyed the company of loved ones.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the love and support to all . Chris will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and the permanent mark he left on everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. May his soul find eternal peace, and for his loved ones to have comfort within the memories they have with Chris.
