Chloe The Cat

August 10, 2016 — February 14, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and paws that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Chloe The Cat on February 14, 2026. Born on August 10, 2016, in the ancient land of Egypt, Chloe graced our lives with her presence for nine cherished years before journeying to the great scratching post in the sky. Chloe was a remarkable feline whose life was a tapestry woven with love, humor, and a taste for the finer things. Raised by her devoted mother, Katie, Chloe was the apple of her eye and continued to carry the light of her mother’s spirit after her passing. Though her father was not a part of her life, Chloe found family and companionship through her dearest friends Gidget, Mel, Buddy, Sweet Pea, and Max, who will forever miss her playful antics and warm purrs. A proud graduate of Kitty Cat University, Chloe excelled in developing her palate for fine foods, a skill she honed as a taste tester for Meow Mix. Her discerning taste and culinary curiosity led her to a life filled with gourmet adventures, as she took on the noble role of a stay-at-home cat, ensuring the safety of her home and fridge from any unsuspecting intruders. Chloe's life was not without its challenges. She bravely battled Type 2 Diabetes, showing immense strength and grace throughout her journey. Her indomitable spirit and sarcastic wit brought laughter and joy to all who knew her, brightening the darkest of days with her humor and sass. Her hobbies were as diverse as they were endearing. Chloe loved nothing more than cleaning out the fridge with meticulous care, taking short, contemplative walks on the back of the couch, and indulging in long, luxurious naps that spoke to her appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. She was a faithful member of Cat Lick Church, where she found solace and communion in both spirit and sustenance. Chloe leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a reminder to all who knew her to savor every moment. Her life was a testament to the beauty of companionship, the joy of simple pleasures, and the power of a well-timed nap. In these moments of reflection and remembrance, Chloe’s family and friends find comfort in the memories they shared and the knowledge that she is now reunited with her beloved mother, Katie. Though her pawprints may no longer grace our floors, her spirit and the love she shared will forever remain imprinted on our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Chloe. You will be dearly missed, but your memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing you.
