A devoted family man, Chester is survived by his loving daughters, Carese Rook and Tonie Skinner, and his son, Ray Walls. Chester's family was the cornerstone of his life, and he took immense pride in his 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense joy and fulfillment. His brother, Ed Walls, also survives him, having shared a lifetime of memories and brotherly love.

He was a dedicated softball coach, revered by his players for his unwavering support and encouragement.
