In Loving Memory of Cheryl Ruth Brennan
Cheryl Ruth Brennan, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully departed this world on April 17, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on July 4, 1949, in the warm embrace of Phoenix, Arizona, Cheryl was a beacon of love and strength to all who knew her. Her passing, surrounded by her loving children, marks the end of a remarkable journey filled with warmth, compassion, and unyielding devotion to her family.
Cheryl was the cherished daughter of the late Karl Lee and Phylis Reba Pigg, and she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Brennan, dear sisters, Joann Moore and Linda Neil and her grandson Joseph Evans. Despite these profound losses, Cheryl's spirit remained unbroken, and she continued to embody the values and love imparted by her parents, husband and siblings.
Her life was a tapestry woven with love and family, beginning with her marriage to the love of her life, Richard Robert Brennan. Together, they built a life full of joy and laughter, generously shared with their children: Kimberly Evans, Matt Brennan, and Tim Brennan. Cheryl's dedication to her family was boundless, and she found immense joy in watching her family grow and thrive.
Cheryl's legacy is carried forward by her devoted children and her sister, Joyce Meirose. Her love and kindness will be remembered by her five adoring grandchildren: Cindy Pinson, Jeni Riutta, Crystal Brennan, Jacob Evans, and Cody Brennan. Cheryl's heart expanded further with the arrival of her five great-grandchildren: Jayton Riutta, Parker Riutta, Cortana Campbell, Oakley Brennan, and Carson Campbell, who were the light of her later years.
In addition to her immediate family, Cheryl is survived by several stepchildren, nieces, and nephews, all of whom were touched by her warmth and generosity. Cheryl's influence extended beyond her family; she was a nurturing presence in her community, a friend to all, and a source of strength and support for those who needed it.
Cheryl lived a life rich with love, laughter, and resilience. Her gentle spirit and unwavering faith in the goodness of others will be missed but never forgotten. Her memory lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her, and her spirit will continue to guide her family through their lives.
In accordance with Cheryl's wishes, a private ceremony will be held to honor her life and legacy. Her family invites those who knew and loved Cheryl to celebrate her memory in their own way, cherishing the moments shared and the joy she brought to their lives.
As we say goodbye to Cheryl, we hold close the lessons she taught us: to love deeply, to give generously, and to cherish every moment. Though she is no longer with us, her love remains, an eternal light in our hearts.
May Cheryl Ruth Brennan rest in peace, and may her memory be a blessing to all who loved her.
