It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cheryl Lowery, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left this world on May 3, 2026, at the age of 59. Cheryl was born on July 8, 1966, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Ed and Rosa (Shaw) Robbins. Her life was a testament to love, laughter, and the joy of simple pleasures.
Cheryl grew up in a nurturing home, and her vibrant spirit was evident from a young age. After graduating from Hamilton High School, she embarked on a journey filled with love and cherished memories. Her life was enriched by her marriage to her devoted husband, Frank, with whom she shared 36 wonderful years. Their union was blessed with the birth of their beloved daughter, Chelsea, who, along with her husband Steven Soard, brought immense pride and joy to Cheryl's life.
Cheryl's greatest treasures were her grandchildren, Eli and Leo. She reveled in the role of grandmother, finding boundless happiness in planning holidays and special events, where their laughter and delight became the soundtrack of her life.
A woman of many interests, Cheryl was known for her love of singing, never missing an opportunity to lift her voice in song. She was an avid reader, immersing herself in the worlds crafted within the pages of books, and she found joy and challenge in solving crosswords. Together with Frank and their close friends, Cheryl embraced the camaraderie and competition of the pool league. Her love for the outdoors was evident in her frequent visits to the campground with dear friends Lisa and Ricky, where she cherished the tranquility of fishing at the pond.
Cheryl's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with quirky words and her unmistakable country accent. Her infectious laughter and boundless love left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her warmth and humor turned ordinary moments into treasured memories, and her generous spirit was a beacon of light in the lives of those she touched.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Frank, her cherished daughter Chelsea and her husband Steven, her two adored grandchildren Eli and Leo, and a wide circle of family and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
A service to celebrate Cheryl's life will be held on May 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Webster Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor the remarkable woman Cheryl was and to share in the joy of her memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Cheryl’s memory to a charity close to her heart, reflecting her spirit of giving and kindness.
Cheryl Lowery's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering kindness. Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on in the stories we tell, the songs we sing, and the love that binds us all.
