It is with heavy hearts and profound respect that we announce the passing of Cherle Miller Dickson, a beloved wife, sister, and friend, who departed this world on February 16, 2026, at the age of 67. Cherle passed away peacefully, encircled by the love and warmth of her cherished family, leaving a legacy of love and kindness that will forever be treasured. Born on September 13, 1958, Cherle was the beloved daughter of the late Jack and Ina Miller. Her life was a testament to the strength and compassion instilled in her by her parents. Cherle's journey through life was marked by her unwavering dedication to family and community, traits she embraced and shared generously with those around her. Cherle was preceded in death by her cherished daughter, Jamie Dickson, who she held close in her heart every day. She is also predeceased by her parents-in-law, Fred and Betty Dickson, and her brothers, Dennis Snow and Ross Miller. She shared a special bond with her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Greg and Cheryl Rackley, and her sister-in-law, Brenda Miller. Cherle also joins her brothers-in-law, David Welch, James Rouse, Randy McCollum, and John Haile, in eternal rest. Left to honor her memory is her devoted husband, James Dickson, who stood by her side throughout life’s journey. Cherle is also survived by her loving sister, Helen Moore, and her husband Mike, as well as her brothers, Jalen Moore and his wife Sheila, Daren Miller, and Jack Miller. Her family’s love was expansive, and she cherished her many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, who will all remember her warmth and kindness. In her professional life, Cherle dedicated many years to Clinton Electronics and Wesly Willows, where she was known for her diligence and commitment. Cherle's colleagues remember her as a gentle soul with a strong work ethic, and she left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate to work alongside her. Beyond her career, Cherle found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She adored her three dogs, "Bobo," "Star," and "Trouble," who were her faithful companions over the years. Cherle was an avid reader and enjoyed immersing herself in the world of books. She also loved watching TV, finding relaxation in her favorite shows. Above all, Cherle cherished spending time with her husband, her beloved dogs, and her family, creating countless memories filled with laughter and love. Cherle's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, compassion, and dedication. Her gentle spirit and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that Cherle's legacy of love will continue to inspire and guide us. A celebration of Cherle’s life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the extraordinary woman she was. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a local animal shelter or charity of your choice, as Cherle's love for animals was as boundless as her heart.
