Charles was the cherished son of Charles and Ruth (Shippy) Stone, who instilled in him the values of hard work, humility, and compassion. These virtues guided him through a life devoted to family, community, and profession. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Juanita, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage that began on December 27, 1969. Together, they crafted a life rich in love and laughter, setting a strong foundation for their cherished children. Charles is survived by his two devoted sons and a loving daughter, who carry forward his legacy of integrity and kindness. He was a guiding light in their lives, offering gentle wisdom and a quiet strength that will forever inspire them. A proud graduate of high school, Charles dedicated 42 years of steadfast service to RR Donnelley, beginning his career in 1960 and later transferring to the Warsaw location. He retired in 2002, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and excellence that was recognized and appreciated by all who worked alongside him. Known for his kind heart and warm smile, Charles had an innate ability to make those around him feel valued and understood. His gentle guidance was a gift to his family and friends, and his quiet presence brought comfort and solace to many. In honor of Charles’s memory, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice. This gesture reflects Charles’s lifelong commitment to helping others and supporting causes close to his heart.
