A man guided by his deep spiritual beliefs, Charles was known for his unwavering faith. His life was a testament to the values he held dear. Charles was predeceased by his beloved children, Belinda Bradley, Ruby Moore, Melissa Hair, Charles Moore Jr, and Walter Hair. Despite experiencing such profound loss, he continued to embody resilience and grace, finding solace in his faith and the enduring love of his surviving daughters, Elizabeth Moore Charbonneau and Rebecca Collier. His daughters were a source of great pride and joy for Charles, and he cherished every moment with them. Although his departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of those who knew him. In accordance with his wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor his life and legacy.
