It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlene F. Cleary, who left this world on July 27, 2026, at the Maine Medical Center. Born on October 20, 1965, in Biddeford, Maine, Charlene was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, partner, and friend. Her life was a testament to kindness, love, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. Charlene spent her early years in Biddeford, growing up in the embrace of a loving community and attending the local school system. It was here that she developed her lifelong passions for cooking and sewing. Charlene was a wonderful cook, delighting in creating meals that brought people together. Her talent in the kitchen was matched only by her skill with a needle and thread, as she crafted beautiful pieces that reflected her creativity and attention to detail. Animals held a special place in Charlene's heart, particularly her five adored cats, who brought her immense joy. A true lover of the outdoors, she cherished the tranquility and beauty of nature, often finding solace and inspiration in its embrace. Charlene was predeceased by her son, Coleman J. Walsh, and her parents, Wealthie P. Perry and Ernest A. Perry. Despite these profound losses, her spirit remained warm and comforting, and her smile was a beacon of light to all who knew her. She is survived by her devoted partner of 15 years, Ralph Boutin; her cherished daughter, Megan W. Perry; her beloved son, Paul Cleary; her caring brother, Chad Perry; her dear sister, Justine; and her loving nephews, Brent and Blake Boudreau. She also leaves behind two precious grandchildren, whose lives will forever be touched by her love. Charlene's relationships with her family and friends were characterized by warmth and genuine care. Her presence was a pleasure to be around, and she was always ready with a comforting word or a heartfelt smile. Her legacy of love and kindness will endure in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her. In memory of Charlene, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice, honoring her generous spirit and her commitment to helping others. As we bid farewell to Charlene, let us celebrate her life by cherishing the memories and the love she shared with us all. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
