With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Chandra Sue (Jones) Giuffre, who left this world on March 22, 2026. Born on November 29, 1972, in Muncie, Indiana, she graced the lives of many with her warmth, humor, and unyielding spirit for 53 years.
Chandra was the cherished daughter of Rita and Charles, now reunited with her beloved father, Charles, in eternal peace. Her mother, Rita, and her sisters, Debbie and Brenda, survive her, carrying forward the legacy of love and familial bonds that Chandra so deeply valued.
In 2004, Chandra married the love of her life, Mark, a union that was blessed with the joy of their son, Dayton. Chandra's pride in Dayton knew no bounds, and she reveled in every moment spent with him, always eager to share his achievements with the world.
A proud graduate of Wapahani High School in 1991, Chandra continued her educational journey at Ball State University, earning her degree in 1995. Her thirst for knowledge led her to achieve an MBA from Anderson University in 2012, a testament to her dedication and passion for learning.
Chandra's professional life was marked by her impactful career in the Supply Chain field. Her expertise and commitment were evident in her roles at companies like Honeywell, Jarden Home Brands, Alfa Laval, Ketter, and GKN Aerospace. Her professional journey was a reflection of her meticulous nature and her ability to forge connections, leaving a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike.
As a young woman, Chandra was a proud member of Job’s Daughters and dedicated ten years to the 4-H community, fostering a spirit of service and camaraderie that remained with her throughout her life.
Her hobbies and interests were as vibrant as her personality. Whether line dancing or crocheting intricate patterns, Chandra approached life with zest. She found joy in the small things, collecting Disney Tsum Tsums and Baby Yodas, and her home was a sanctuary for her beloved cats. An adventurer at heart, she treasured every experience shared with her close-knit circle of family and friends, bringing laughter and joy wherever she went.
Chandra will be remembered for her adventurous nature, her quick wit, and her boundless compassion. Her generosity knew no limits, and she was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her legacy is one of love, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to those she cherished.
A celebration of Chandra's life will take place on April 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Selma Christ Global Methodist Church, located at 9805 East Jackson Street, Selma, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The Kingdom Church, reflecting Chandra's charitable spirit.
As we bid farewell to Chandra, we hold onto the memories and the love she shared with each of us. Her spirit will forever remain in our hearts, a guiding light of love and laughter.
