Cathy S. Earles

Born on June 7, 1960, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, Cathy lived a life filled with love, joy, and devotion to her family and passions. Cathy was the cherished daughter of the late Stanley R. Dolan and June D. Haney, who instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and resilience. She was also predeceased by her beloved sisters, Stephenie Sarandros and Lori Foley, whose memories she treasured dearly. For over three decades, Cathy shared her life in a loving marriage with Duane F. Earles. Together, they built a family that was the center of Cathy’s world. Her daughter, Amy Baker of Xenia, Ohio, and her son, Matthew Baker, carry forward her legacy of kindness and strength. Cathy also embraced her role as a stepmother to Timothy Earles and Nichole (Jon) Stanley, nurturing them with the same warmth and dedication. Cathy’s heart expanded further with the joy of being a grandmother to six grandchildren and a great-grandmother to one precious great-grandchild. She found boundless happiness in their company, often sharing stories and laughter that will echo through the generations. A woman of simple pleasures, Cathy found profound joy in the outdoors and the thrill of NASCAR racing. Her love for nature was evident in her countless walks under the open sky, where she felt most at peace. Whether cheering at the races or savoring quiet moments in her garden, Cathy’s zest for life was infectious and inspiring to all who knew her. Cathy’s life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family. Her unwavering devotion to those she loved was a guiding light and a source of comfort and strength.
