Born on July 10, 1986, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Carolyn was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her.
Carolyn was the cherished daughter of Monica and Clarence Page, who instilled in her the values of compassion, resilience, and unwavering love. She was a devoted mother to her two precious children, Mildred Mills and John Mills, both of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who were the center of her world and her greatest pride and joy.
A brilliant mind and a kind spirit, Carolyn pursued her passion for understanding the human mind by earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mary Washington College. Her dedication to helping others was evident in every aspect of her life, both personally and professionally.
Carolyn shared a special bond with her brothers, Jacobi Mills of Florence, South Carolina; Jamil Mills of Mullins, South Carolina; and Derico Mills of Atlanta, Georgia. They remember her as a loving sister, whose laughter and kindness could light up a room. Carolyn also leaves behind a special sister-in-law, Jacqueline Armstrong of Detroit, Michigan, with whom she shared countless cherished moments.
