Born on September 7, 1970, in Miami, Carlos was the beloved son of Juan and Rosa Melendez, who instilled in him the values of compassion, integrity, and dedication that he carried throughout his life. Carlos grew up in a vibrant Miami neighborhood, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for family and community. His parents, Juan and Rosa, nurtured his kind-hearted nature and encouraged his dreams. He carried this love forward, building a life full of warmth and kindness. In 1995, Carlos married Susan Martinez, the love of his life. Together, they built a beautiful family, blessed with four wonderful daughters who were the absolute center of his universe.
