Born and raised in the vibrant city of Memphis, Tennessee, Candy was the beloved daughter of the late Donnie Lynn Page and Betty Booth Page. Her formative years were spent surrounded by the rich cultural tapestry of Memphis, a city that inspired her in countless ways. Candy was predeceased by her loving parents and her dear sister, Audrey Page, whose memories she held close to her heart throughout her life.
Candy's journey was marked by a passion for the culinary arts, which she pursued with fervor and dedication. A proud alumna of The Memphis Culinary Academy, La Maison Meridien, Candy honed her craft and delighted in sharing her culinary creations with family and friends. Her kitchen was her sanctuary, a place where she expressed her love through the language of food, creating dishes that brought people together and filled hearts with joy.
Although her professional life demonstrated her hard-working spirit, Candy's artistic talents shone brightly in her leisure time. With an eye for beauty and a soul full of creativity, she found solace and joy in coloring and drawing. These hobbies were more than just pastimes; they were a reflection of her vibrant spirit and her innate ability to find beauty in the world around her.
Candy leaves behind her beloved sister, Tracy Page, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond, along with her devoted aunt, Shirley Booth Paisley. Her cousins, Angel Logston and Twylah Booth, along with several nieces and nephews, will forever cherish the memories they created with her. Candy's family and friends will remember her as a big-hearted person whose kindness and generosity knew no bounds.
A celebration of Candy's life will be held on June 27, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church, located at 1543 Wells Station Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38108.
