Camden Smithson

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Camden Smithson on August 31, 2026. Born on September 14, 1991, in Murfreesboro, TN, Camden was a cherished soul who brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around him. Camden was the son of Sherry Smithson and Ricky Patterson. After the passing of his mother Sherry, his cherished grandmother, Juanita Paradise, affectionately known as Nanny, and his devoted guardian, Chris Paradise raised him from the tender age of three. Throughout his life, Camden was known for his kindness and good humor to those around him. His gentle spirit and infectious laugh left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. Camden is survived by Chris Paradise who was always there for him, his father, Ricky Patterson (Amanda), half-brother Austin Patterson, his Aunt Tammy Davis (Steve) and a close-knit circle of cousins and friends who will forever cherish his memory and the precious moments they shared with him. As we say goodbye to Camden, we remember the special message from his family: "Gone too soon, but never forgotten." His spirit will forever remain with us.
