It is with heavy hearts and profound respect that we announce the passing of Brycea Parker, who departed from this world peacefully in the embrace of her beloved granddaughter on June 9, 2026. Born on November 8, 1937, in the serene town of Winterhaven, California, Brycea lived a life that was a testament to resilience, wisdom, and unwavering dignity. Brycea was the cherished daughter of the late Laura and William. Her journey through life was marked by both profound joy and the deep sorrow of having predeceased her children, Richard, Greg, and Alonzo Lopez, and her daughter, Tamara Pacheco. She also endured the heartache of outliving her precious granddaughters, Swena and Damara, and grandsons, Aaron, Erwin, and Rudy. In the face of such loss, Brycea remained a beacon of strength and love for her surviving family members, Jamie and Paula, who will forever hold her close in their hearts. Her professional life was dedicated to the compassionate service of others as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Brycea's career was not merely a job but a calling, one that she approached with a blend of intelligence, empathy, and a strong moral compass. Her work transformed lives, offering hope and guidance to those who sought her counsel. Her legacy in this field is marked by the countless individuals she helped steer towards a path of recovery and renewal. Those who knew Brycea will remember her for her sharp intellect and formidable presence. She was a woman who commanded respect effortlessly, yet she gave it just as freely. Her strong personality was matched by an equally strong heart, and she touched the lives of many with her kindness and wisdom. Whether in a professional setting or a family gathering, Brycea's presence was undeniable, and she left an indelible mark on every room she entered. A service to honor and celebrate Brycea's remarkable life will be held on June 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Yuma Mortuary in Yuma, Arizona. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are invited to join in remembering and celebrating a life well-lived. It will be a time to share memories, offer support, and find solace in the legacy of love and strength Brycea leaves behind.
