In Loving Memory of Brody Korpi It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brody Korpi, who left this world far too soon on July 27, 2026. Born on August 22, 2006, in the picturesque town of Lecce, Italy, Brody was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew him. The cherished son of Eric and Darla Korpi, Brody was raised in a family that celebrated love, laughter, and the bonds that tie us together. He was preceded in death by his beloved family members Christopher Korpi and Darla Andretti-Korpi, who no doubt welcomed him with open arms. Brody's journey through life was marked by his remarkable talents and his genuine, vibrant spirit. A proud graduate of New Hartford High School in 2025, Brody was a dedicated student who continued his education at High Point University. His academic achievements only scratched the surface of his many gifts. Brody was an exceptional hockey player, whose skill on the ice was matched by his passion for the game. His love for music was equally profound, and those fortunate enough to hear him sing were often left in awe of his talent. Beyond his accomplishments, Brody will be remembered for the warmth and humor he brought into the lives of those around him. Known for his infectious jokes, his pretty smile, and his gorgeous eyes, Brody had an uncanny ability to make others feel at ease and cherished. His laughter was a melody that will echo in the hearts of his friends and family forever. Brody leaves behind a loving family who will forever hold his memory close: his sister Ashlee Fisher, and his brothers Lorenzo, Alexander, and Tobias Korpi. They, alongside his parents, will continue to celebrate his life, cherishing the moments and memories that made Brody so very special. In keeping with the family's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Brody's life. Though his time with us was tragically short, the impact he made will endure, reminding us all of the beauty of his spirit and the love he freely gave. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Brody's memory to a cause that was dear to his heart. Brody's legacy is one of love, laughter, and light. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew him. May he rest in peace, forever remembered and forever loved.
