Brittany Marquis
December 15, 1982 — March 3, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Brittany Marquis, who departed this world on March 3, 2026. Born on December 15, 1982, in Renton, WA, Brittany left us in the comforting presence of her beloved family. Her journey in this world was marked by resilience, love, and an indomitable spirit that touched the lives of many.
Brittany's life was a tapestry woven with vibrant threads of love and dedication. She was the cherished daughter of Dorene Walior, who survives her, and the granddaughter of the late Joey Walior-O'Neil and Robert O'Neil, whose guidance and love were instrumental in shaping her life. Brittany's legacy continues through her two beloved sons, Steven Prince and Zachary Williams, who were the pride and joy of her life. She is also survived by her devoted partner, Jeffery Stambach, who stood by her side with unwavering love and support, and her cherished stepdaughters, Taylor and Alyssa Young. Her brothers, Derek Walior, Joshua Scott, Donovan Walior, and Matthew Paul, along with his wife Beth, shared a bond with Brittany that was unbreakable. Her nephew, Ethan Scott, and her best friends, Anthony Williams, Brandy Whitney, Wes Osborne, and Jessica Vandine, will forever hold her in their hearts.
Brittany's life journey was one of perseverance and accomplishment. Despite the challenges she faced, she achieved her GED at Cascade Job Corps in Sedro Woolley, WA, and later graduated with a high school diploma from E.B. Walker High School in Puyallup, WA. Her thirst for knowledge led her to acquire certifications as a Nurse Delegated Certified Nursing Assistant, Paralegal, Public Notary, and even an Ordained Minister.
Her professional journey was as diverse as it was inspiring. Brittany began her career at Taco Bell, earning a humble $4.37 per hour, and went on to embrace roles as a waitress, cocktail waitress, bartender, bar manager, and quality control specialist. Her entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly when she embarked on the path of business ownership, running her own notary and paralegal service, where she helped countless individuals achieve their dreams.
Brittany was a beacon of compassion and connection, bridging gaps between people from all walks of life. She had a remarkable ability to find common ground, whether it was with high-class business professionals, those experiencing homelessness, or anyone in between. Her vibrant spirit and infectious laughter filled every room she entered, creating a magnetic presence that drew people to her.
Her passions were as diverse as her career. Brittany adored her dogs, who held a special place in her heart. Her love for shoes was legendary, and her shopping adventures were a testament to her zest for life. She thrived on travel, dancing, and creating cherished memories with family and friends. Summer was her season, and she relished every opportunity to gather loved ones for BBQs, music, and laughter.
Brittany's final message to her loved ones captures the essence of her vibrant spirit: "Don't cry over me! Party like a fucking rockstar and send me out with a bang! Make me proud, I'll be watching!" This was Brittany—bold, unapologetic, and full of life.
As we bid farewell to Brittany, let us celebrate her life with the joy and exuberance she embodied. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience that will forever inspire those who knew her. Rest in peace, dear Brittany, knowing that you were deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
