Brian Morrow

November 8, 1975 — June 14, 2026

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brian Morrow, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who left this world far too soon on June 14, 2026, at the age of 50. Brian was born on November 8, 1975, in Riverside, California, to Judith and Clearance Morrow, who precede him in death. He passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack while driving, leading to a tragic accident. Brian's journey through life was marked by love, dedication, and an unyielding zest for life. He was the cherished husband of Samantha, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage of 15 years. Their love story began on October 31, 2010, in Temecula, California, where they first met and recognized the spark that would lead to a lifetime of shared dreams and joys. Together, they built a life filled with love and laughter, and were blessed with two wonderful children, Marissa, 11, and Malachai, 8, who were the light of Brian's life. Brian was a man of great intellect and ambition. A proud graduate of John W. North High School in 1993, he went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Auburn. His career as a petroleum engineer with Shell Oil spanned 13 fruitful years, during which he made significant contributions to the North American Pipeline. His diligence and innovative spirit were highly regarded by his colleagues and peers. Beyond his professional achievements, Brian was known for his warm heart and adventurous spirit. An avid fisherman, he never missed a chance to cast a line with friends, especially if it meant sharing tales and laughter over a cold beer. His passion for sports, especially baseball, was infectious, and he remained an active participant in the game he loved. Brian is survived by his loving wife, Samantha, their adored children, Marissa and Malachai, his twin brother Marty, and sisters Judith and Wanda. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will be cherished by his family, many friends, and extended relatives who were fortunate to share in his journey. In honoring Brian’s life, a service will be held on June 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Isburg Funeral Home, located at 439 S. Pierre St., Pierre, SD, 57501. The family kindly requests that attendees wear something red to the service, a gesture of unity and remembrance for Brian. Brian's departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but the memories of his kindness, humor, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. In his honor, we celebrate a life well-lived, and the enduring impact he has had on all of us. May we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, reunited with his beloved parents, Judith and Clearance. Rest in peace, dear Brian. You will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
