Brian passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, surrounded by the warmth and love of family and friends. He was 59 years old. Born on August 31, 1966, in Cincinnati, Brian was a vibrant soul whose presence touched the lives of everyone he met. He graduated from Western Hills High School, where he laid the foundation for a life filled with accomplishment, love, and dedication to those he cherished. In a celebration of love, Brian married the love of his life, Tina Douglas, on October 3, 2003. Together, they built a beautiful family and shared 25 years of unwavering devotion and happiness. Brian was a proud father to his son, Adrian Douglas, and daughter, Brianna Douglas, who were the light of his life. The family was further blessed with three cherished grandchildren, who brought immense joy and laughter to Brian's days. Brian's kindness, humor, and generosity were unmatched. He was a man of integrity who valued family above all else and spent his life ensuring those around him felt cared for and supported. His infectious smile and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Brian's memory, allowing his loved ones to gather in a space of intimacy and reflection. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Brian's honor to the American Heart Association, an organization close to his heart. This tribute will help further research and support for heart health, continuing Brian's legacy of caring for others. Brian Douglas's memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him.
