March 23, 1977 — April 18, 2026

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Brent Wayne Campbell, a beloved father, nephew, cousin, and friend, who left this world unexpectedly on April 18, 2026. Brent was born on March 23, 1977, in Seagoville, Texas, a son to Leah Gwen Roberts and Billy Jack Campbell, who have both predeceased him. His family finds solace in the memory of his vibrant spirit and the love he shared so generously. Brent spent his early years in Seagoville. He was an avid fisherman, a passion that began in the local streams and lakes of Texas and continued throughout his life. Whether casting a line or cheering on his favorite sports teams, Brent found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was also a culinary enthusiast, known for cooking up a storm for his friends and family, crafting meals that brought everyone together. His family and friends remember him as a jovial presence, the one who could always be counted on to lighten the mood with his humor. Brent was the jokester who filled rooms with laughter and camaraderie, creating an atmosphere of warmth wherever he went. His genuine nature and infectious smile endeared him to all who knew him, making everyone feel like family. His daughter, Kylie Sky Campbell, and his aunts, Debra Walthall and Tammy Caldwell, along with his cousins Aaron Bond, Brooke Caldwell, Dallas Caldwell, and Cameron Caldwell, will hold his memory dear, as will his nieces and nephews. Brent was blessed with lifelong friendships that meant the world to him. His friends were not just companions; they were family. In his own words, he often expressed, "I don’t know what I would do without you." His family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those friends who stood by him, embodying the support and love that Brent so deeply appreciated. In accordance with his family’s wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held. In honoring his life, we remember Brent as a beacon of joy, a devoted father, and a friend to many. Though he left us far too soon, his legacy of love and laughter will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched. As we say goodbye, we celebrate a life lived with passion, humor, and an abundance of love. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those who wish to honor Brent’s memory to spend time with their loved ones, share a meal, tell a joke, or simply enjoy the beauty of nature. These were the moments Brent cherished most. Rest in peace, dear Brent. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten!
