Brenda Knight Lee

In loving memory of Brenda Knight Lee, born on December 27, 1964, in the charming town of Laurens, South Carolina, who peacefully departed this world on August 21, 2026, at her home, surrounded by love and tranquility. Brenda was the cherished daughter of the late Jimmy and Linda Knight, who instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and a love for family that she carried throughout her life. She was married to her beloved husband, Jackie Lee, for 17 wonderful years, until his passing. Together, they built a life filled with love and warmth, a legacy that Brenda continued to uphold with grace. She was the devoted mother to her three daughters: Dakota Denise Lee of Newberry, Brooke Knight of Laurens, and Erica Maiie Boland of Newberry. Brenda’s daughters were her pride and joy, her unwavering support and love guiding them through life’s journey. Her family was her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Brenda is also survived by her loving sister, Chastity Wright of Clinton, who shared an unbreakable bond with her, and her niece Kaila Wright, nephew Zackary Wright, and Landon Major, all of Clinton. Brenda was a proud great-aunt to Ellieana Blakely, who brought an abundance of joy into her life. Her life will be celebrated on August 28, 2026, at Heritage Wesleyan Church, located at 191 Broom St, Whitmire, SC. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them for visitation from 1 pm to 2 pm, followed by a service to honor Brenda’s remarkable life. Brenda's family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting Brenda’s own generous spirit and her desire to help others. Brenda Knight Lee will be remembered for her gentle heart, her steadfast love for her family, and the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
