Brea'L Shavonne Wade

April 5, 2008 — June 22, 2026

Brea'L Shavonne Wade, a spirited young woman whose light shone brightly for 18 cherished years, was born on April 5, 2008, in Cincinnati, Ohio, at University Hospital. It is with heavy hearts that we announce her tragic passing on June 22, 2026. Brea'L's life was taken too soon, as she was tragically shot outside her home while sitting in a friend's car, leaving a void that can never be filled. Brea'L was a beloved daughter to Danielle Wade and a wonderful sister to Dream Wade and Aiyden Smith. Her family also included her great-grandmother, Terrie Parham, and great-grandfather, Curtis Wade, along with her grandfathers, Dennis Chenault and Cyril Martin Jr. She was adored by her aunts Melisha Wade, Shavonne Parham-Felder, Demeisha Chenault, and Markiesha Smith, as well as her uncles Jason Felder and Kyron Wade Sr. Brea'L's cousins, Ra'myia Smith, Kyron Wade Jr., Jirmain Parham, Javonna Parham, Jason Parham and Kordyn Wade, held a special place in her heart, as did her close friends, Brooklyn and Zay. Preceding Brea'L in death were her beloved grandmother, Kirsha Regina Wade, and her dear cousin, Jasmyn Kirsha Parham. Their memories and the love they shared with Brea'L continue to live on in the hearts of her family. Brea'L attended Our Lady of Grace and Diamond Oaks, and she proudly graduated from North College Hill High School in 2026. Her dedication to her education was a testament to her determination and spirit. While attending school, she worked as a cashier at Monfort Heights Kroger, where she was known for her beautiful smile and polite demeanor. Brea'L found joy in music and dancing, often lighting up rooms with her presence. She had a playful spirit, and though she sometimes felt nervous, she displayed remarkable courage throughout her life. Her love for snacks was a charming quirk that endeared her to many. A service to honor Brea'L's life will be held on July 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Crossroads, located at 3500 Madison Road. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Crossroads for opening their arms and doors during this difficult time, offering many blessings and prayers. Thank you to Pastor Stephen Talbot and Sean for their unconditional gratitude and sympathy. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brea'L's memory can be made to the memorial fund specified by the family. Though Brea'L's time with us was far too brief, the impact she made on those who knew her will endure forever. Her courage, kindness, and radiant smile will be remembered and cherished always.
