It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, and friend, Brandon Voegtlin, who left this world on March 19, 2026, at the tender age of 24. Brandon was born on January 25, 2002, in Houston, Texas, to his devoted mother, Krystal Voegtlin. He was a bright soul who brought joy and laughter to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Brandon was a student with a determined spirit, pursuing his dreams of becoming a skilled welder. He was in college working diligently towards earning his welder's degree, a testament to his dedication and passion for creating and building. His skillful hands and creative mind were always busy, whether he was studying his craft or enjoying his favorite pastime. Since childhood, Brandon found immense joy in playing video games, a hobby that connected him to friends and provided countless hours of entertainment and escapism. His gaming sessions were often interspersed with his infectious laughter and his knack for delivering the perfect joke at the right moment, always ready to lift the spirits of those around him. Brandon's life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and resilience. Though he faced a courageous battle with mental health, he did so with a bravery that inspired all who knew him. His story is one of strength and the unyielding support of his family, who stood by him with unwavering love. He is survived by his loving mother, Krystal Voegtlin, and his brothers, Travis Voegtlin and Ryan Taft, who shared in his joys and supported him through life's challenges. Their bond was one of deep affection and shared memories that will forever be cherished. In honor of Brandon's life, the family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. They appreciate the many calls, messages, and flowers that have been received and are comforted by the kindness shown by friends and family.
