Our hearts are heavy as we announce the passing of Bradley Bowers, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Born on April 2, 1968, in Somerset, PA, Brad left this world on July 7, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. His spirit, tenacity, and love for life will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Brad was the cherished son of Janet and the late Ralph Bowers. He was a graduate of Somerset Area High School, class of 1986, and went on to build a fulfilling career with various respected companies, including Geo Chemical, PBS Coals, Highway Marking, Advanced Disposal, New Enterprise, and QES. His work ethic and dedication were admired by colleagues and friends alike. A man of many talents and interests, Brad found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was a devoted family man who treasured every moment with his wife Danielle and their sons, Lukas and Nikalas. Brad's love for adventure often led to spontaneous day trips, watching sports & cheering on his favorite teams, spending time with family & friends, trivia nights, family picnics, and ice cream outings, creating memories that his family will cherish forever. He also found joy in watching his children grow and try new things. He enjoyed watching his nephew coach, a testament to his supportive nature and love for his family. Brad's warmth, humor, and kindness touched everyone he met. Known for his huge heart and willingness to help others, he was a beacon of light and strength in the lives of those around him. Up until the end he continued to show strength, courage, determination, and love for his family. His legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him. Brad leaves behind his beloved wife, Danielle Bowers, and their sons, Lukas and Nikalas, as well as his mother Janet, and a network of extended family and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts. He was predeceased by his father, Ralph Bowers, and other beloved family members including his brother Mark Bowers, sister-in-law Cindy Bowers, brothers-in-law Kenny Foster and Dave Walker, and nephew Joe Walker. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff at Patriot Village, AHN HHC, Via Quest Hospice, and Brad's doctors for the exceptional care and compassion they provided. In lieu of flowers, contributions to meet the needs of Brad's family would be greatly appreciated, a thoughtful gesture that honors his enduring love for those he held dear. Brad's life was a testament to the power of love, laughter, and family. He will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, a proud father, and a loyal friend. His presence in our lives was a gift, and his memory will continue to light our paths. May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
