In Loving Memory

Bonita Katherine Thomson
March 21, 1954 — August 31, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Bonita, affectionately known as Bonnie, who departed this world peacefully at home on August 31, 2026, after a brave and enduring battle with cancer. Born on March 21, 1954, in Greenville, Mississippi, Bonnie was the cherished daughter of Alexander and JoAnn Sadulski.
Bonnie's life was a testament to love, resilience, and warmth. She grew up with her siblings, Alexander Sadulski,Sherry Stack and Richard Sadulski, in a close-knit family. Her early years were filled with joy and laughter, laying the foundation for a life rich in family bonds.
In 1972, Bonnie graduated from Highlands High School, where she not only excelled academically but also formed lifelong friendships. Her journey took a meaningful turn when she married the love of her life, Charles Thomson, on February 23, 1974, in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. Together, they built a home filled with love and happiness, celebrating 52 years of marriage.
Bonnie's career as a travel agent allowed her to explore and share the wonders of the world with others, a profession that combined her passion for travel with her innate ability to connect with people. Later, she transitioned to a role as a secretary, where her dedication and kindness were always evident.
A devoted mother to her son, Erik Thomson (wife Toni), Bonnie found immense joy and pride in her family. Her grandson, Tyler Thomson, was the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with him.
Bonnie had a profound love for reading and was often found engrossed in a good book. Her greatest joy, however, came from spending time with her family, creating memories that will be cherished forever.
She is predeceased by her beloved mother, JoAnn Sadulski, and brother, Alexander Sadulski. Bonnie leaves behind her devoted husband, Charles, her son Erik, her grandson Tyler, her father Alexander, and her siblings Sherry and Richard, who will all forever hold her in their hearts.
A memorial service to honor Bonnie's remarkable life will be held on September 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Orangewood Church, located at 1300 W Maitland Blvd, Maitland, Fla. 32751. Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating the life of a woman whose spirit touched so many.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bonnie's memory to the American Cancer Society - Breast Cancer Fund, to continue the fight against the disease that she battled so courageously.
Bonnie's legacy of love, strength, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be profoundly missed and fondly remembered.
