She was fiercely independent and she would do it her way.She thrived for family and lit up a room when she entered. Bobbie is survived by her life partner Frank of Kansas City daughter Hadley Rae, 1 niece and 2 nephews. Mother Debra Monshower and Father Robert and Stacie Heeter. 2 sisters and several cousins whom she grew up with. Bobbie best friends were 2 of her cousins she grew up with Jesse B and Derick D proceeded in death was her grandpa bob Monshower (whom was her hero) little. We are deeply saddened by this loss. Our hearts go out to those close to them. We remember the beautiful person that they were and take solace in knowing that they are now at peace. Rest in peace, Bobbie Nicole Sue Heeter. You will be dearly missed by all who knew you.
