Billy "Bo" Eugine Fraize
May 6, 1966 — May 13, 2026
It is with heavy hearts yet profound gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of Billy "Bo" Eugine Fraize, who left this world peacefully on May 13, 2026, at the age of 60. Born on May 6, 1966, in the charming town of Chowchilla, California, Billy was a beacon of warmth, kindness, and boundless generosity.
Billy was the beloved son of the late J.C. and Jewel Ann (Judy) Fraize, who instilled in him the values of compassion and dedication that he carried with him throughout his life. He was also predeceased by his cherished sister, Mary Fraize, and brothers, Tommy and David Fraize. Billy's memory will continue to be a source of inspiration and love for his surviving family: his devoted sister Eunice Brown and her husband, Charlie, as well as his treasured sons, John Calvin Fraize and Billy Eugine Fraize Jr.
A proud member of the Free Will Baptist Church in Chowchilla, Billy's faith was a cornerstone of his life, guiding him in his actions and his unwavering commitment to helping others. Whether it was a late-night call for assistance or simply a kind word, Billy was always there for those in need, often giving selflessly without hesitation. His spirit of generosity knew no bounds, and he was known to give the shirt off his back if it meant bringing comfort to someone else.
Billy's passion for mechanics was a lifelong journey that brought him immense joy. He delighted in working on engines, and his skill and dedication to fixing and restoring cars, trucks, and boats were renowned. The hum of his tools was a familiar sound, as was the distinctive roar of his Harley Davidson motorcycle, which he rode with the kind of freedom and joy that defined his character.
For Billy, life was an adventure, best experienced in the great outdoors. He loved camping and boating, relishing the peace and beauty of nature. These activities brought him closer to his family and friends, creating cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in his adventures.
Billy was a "ladies man" in the most endearing sense, possessing a charm and joie de vivre that warmed every room he entered. His lively and happy spirit made everyone feel welcome, and his easygoing nature was a balm to those around him. Billy was truly a jack of all trades, whose talents and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
As we bid farewell to Billy, we celebrate the extraordinary life he lived, one filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering commitment to others. His legacy is one of warmth and generosity—a reminder that the most meaningful lives are those lived in service to others.
A memorial service to honor Billy's life will be held at the Free Will Baptist Church in Chowchilla, where friends and family will gather to remember and celebrate the man who touched so many lives. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Billy's name, continuing his legacy of giving and kindness.
Billy will be deeply missed but forever remembered, his spirit living on in the hearts of all who were privileged to know and love him.
