She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, David Monat, and a cherished mother to her two sons, David Hubbard and Daniel Hubbard. Her nurturing spirit extended to her cherished grandchildren: Jason Arya, Abby Hubbard, Garrett Hubbard, and little Amelia Hubbard, who brought immense joy and pride to her heart. Betsy's radiant smile and generous spirit touched everyone she met. She had an extraordinary ability to make those around her feel valued and loved. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate to know her. Throughout her life, Betsy demonstrated remarkable resilience and grace. Her battle with Parkinson's disease was met with courage and dignity, serving as an inspiration to her family and friends.
