A lifelong resident of Dallas, Bertha was a dedicated member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, reflected in her actions and interactions with everyone she met. Bertha took immense joy in participating in church activities and cherished the bonds she formed in her spiritual community. Bertha was a woman of many passions. She loved music and the joy it brought into her life. Her nurturing spirit shone brightly in her love for children, who gravitated to her warmth and kindness. Above all, Bertha treasured her family. She was a devoted sister to Dodie Hodges, Phyllis Aurentz, and Yvonne Schifelbein, who survive her and will forever miss her gentle guidance and loving presence.
