Beatrice Anne Harrison Bringman

July 20, 1943 — September 11, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Beatrice Anne Harrison Bringman, who departed this world on September 11, 2026. Born on July 20, 1943, in Easton, Maryland, Beatrice lived a life full of love, devotion, and joy. She was the beloved daughter of the late Charles Coleman and Rosemary Cole. Beatrice's journey through life was marked by her commitment to family and community. She graduated from Easton High School in June 1961, the same year she married her high school sweetheart, James F. Harrison, on June 24. After James's passing, Beatrice found love again and married William H. Bringman in July 2006, with whom she shared many happy years. Throughout her career in the retail industry, Beatrice was known for her remarkable work ethic, dedication, and an innate ability to connect with colleagues and customers alike. Her vibrant personality and strong opinions were always accompanied by a genuine kindness that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Beatrice's passion for reading was a lifelong love affair with books. She relished in solving puzzles and playing games, but it was the moments spent with her family and friends that she cherished most. Her home was a haven for gatherings, laughter, and stories shared among loved ones. She is survived by her four devoted children: Daphne Smith, Jane Clough (Wyatt), Lori Witcher (Kevin), and Christa Sard (Stacey). Beatrice was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and a great-grandmother to twenty-four great-grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy to her life. She is also survived by her three brothers, Alton, Robert, and William Cole, as well as her three sisters, Nancy Moore, Mary Radcliffe, and Ava Robinson. Beatrice was predeceased by her loving parents, both of her husbands, and her dear son-in-law, Robert Smith. Despite these losses, her unwavering faith and love for the Lord guided her through life's challenges and triumphs. A service to celebrate Beatrice's life will be held at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church, located at 4015 Ocean Gateway, Trappe, MD 21673. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. In the words of the family, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted" (Matthew 5:4). Beatrice Anne Harrison Bringman will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
