She was the proud mother of four daughters: Karen Turner, Denise Clayton, Michelle Clayton, and Tenesha Landon. Her life was enriched by her 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, who brought endless smiles and joy to her days. Whether she was spending time with her family, playing a lively game of dominoes, or painting, Barbara found happiness in keeping busy and sharing moments with her loved ones. Her laughter was infectious, her honesty unwavering, and her ability to make others feel cherished was unparalleled. Barbara was known for her kindness and the warmth she offered so freely to those around her. Her legacy of love and strength will continue to inspire her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Barbara’s life, in accordance with her wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to a cause dear to her heart, reflecting her lifelong commitment to helping others.
