Born on August 8, 1959, in the picturesque town of Zacatecas, Mexico, Aurelio's journey was one of love, laughter, and boundless adventure. Aurelio was the cherished son of Aurelio and Juana Felix, whose nurturing spirit shaped the extraordinary man he became. After graduating from South Gate High School, Aurelio embarked on a remarkable career spanning 46 years as a dedicated grocery clerk and cashier at Ralph’s Grocery Store. His unwavering commitment to his work and the joy he found in serving others were testaments to the passion he held for his profession. Aurelio's zest for life was infectious. He was a man of spontaneity, who found immense joy in the roar of monster trucks and the thrill of adventure. He embraced each day with an open heart, living life to the fullest. His humor and intelligence were matched only by his ambition and compassion, qualities that endeared him to all who knew him. Above all, Aurelio was a family man. He was the beloved father of Raymond Felix, Melanie Felix, and Adrianna Limatola, and a doting grandfather to five precious grandchildren. His family was his greatest pride and joy, and he was a pillar of strength and love, always there with a gentle smile or a helping hand. Aurelio's handsome demeanor was only surpassed by the beauty of his spirit. He was a beacon of kindness, a truly amazing father, and a grandfather whose legacy will forever inspire those he leaves behind. A service to celebrate Aurelio's remarkable life will be held on July 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Risher Mortuary, located at 1316 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA. Family and friends are invited to gather in memory of a man whose life was a testament to love and laughter. To our dear Dad and Grandpa, thank you for being such an amazing part of our lives. We love you and miss you dearly. You will forever be in our hearts.
