It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ashley Rose Finken (Stutsman), who left us unexpectedly on July 6, 2026, at the age of 38. Ashley was a a strong woman with a fierce spirit born on May 7, 1988, in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. Her life was a testament to her enduring spirit and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.
Ashley was the cherished daughter of Craig Dulac and Diane Stutsman, who nurtured her with love and guidance throughout her life. She grew into a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her warmth and kindness were felt by all who knew her, and her vibrant spirit will forever be remembered.
She was the devoted wife of Josh Finken, with whom she shared a life full of love and adventure. Together, they built a beautiful family, and Ashley’s greatest joy came from being a mother to her three precious daughters: Aaliyah Rose Christy, Trinity Mae Christy, and Journee Marie Finken. She poured her heart into creating a nurturing and loving environment for her children, leaving them with a legacy of love and strength.
Ashley is also survived by her sister, Alyssa Stutsman, and her partner Ben Stolley, as well as her nephews Kole Jokinen (Kayla), EJ Jokinen, Lyric Butler, and her niece Teagan Jokinen, all of whom she adored deeply. Her life was further enriched by the lifelong friendship she shared with her best friend Heather and her beautiful family. Ashley’s extended family, including Tad Jokinen (Kara), and John and Holly Christy, Jami hart, tenia carter, Mike Finken also held a special place in her heart.
Ashley’s radiant smile and infectious laughter will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She embraced life with an incredibly special and unique personality. Ashley was incredibly strong in her convictions brave intelligent she had a wild flair for life was incredibly gifted artist leaving her special mark on everything she encountered passing that legacy on to her daughter's who will remind us to keep Ashley close to our hearts.
Ashley love the music art being weird and Goofy with her girls having random dance parties with her sister making people laugh camping but most of all Ashley was a remarkable mom who fiercely protected her daughters whom she loved more than anything with her incredible pride and unconditional love for them could be seen all over her home whether it was drawings or makeup or marker tattoos her home is always a testament to the pride she carried for her girls.
Ashley Rose Finken (Stutsman) will forever remain in our hearts, a guiding light of love and grace. May her soul rest in peace, and may her spirit continue to inspire all of us to live with kindness and joy.
A celebration of life will be held on 07/18/26 at Alyssa and Ben's house from 3 to 6 pm. Please bring a dish to share and be ready to have fun while we remember Ashley.
