March 10, 1983 — March 18, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ashleigh Eden Rose, who departed this world unexpectedly at her home on March 18, 2026, at the age of 43. Born on March 10, 1983, in Toronto, Ontario, Ashleigh was the beloved daughter of Joan and Michael Rose and the cherished sister of Alexis Dawn Rose. From an early age, Ashleigh captivated the hearts of those around her with her innate artistic talent. Her creativity knew no bounds, finding expression not only on canvas but also in the culinary delights she lovingly crafted. The art she created, whether through brushstrokes or delicious meals, was a testament to her vivid imagination and her ability to see beauty in every corner of life. Ashleigh was not only bright and talented but also possessed a quick wit that often left those around her in fits of laughter. Her humor, sometimes delightfully morbid, was a special bond she shared with her younger sister Alexis. The two were inseparable, their laughter echoing through countless memories that now serve as a balm for the heartache of her loss. Her love for animals was as profound as her love for art. Ashleigh was a devoted caretaker to many rescue cats throughout her life. Her home was always a sanctuary for these feline companions, with her most recent rescue, Fry, a plump and affectionate orange and white tabby, now finding solace in the loving arms of one of Ashleigh's dear friends. Ashleigh's legacy is one of warmth, creativity, and compassion. She touched the lives of everyone she met, leaving a trail of joy and inspiration in her wake. Though she is no longer with us, the memories she created and the love she shared remain etched in our hearts forever. In accordance with her family's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Ashleigh's life and legacy. During this time of profound sorrow, her family kindly requests privacy as they navigate through their grief. Ashleigh Eden Rose's spirit will forever remain a vibrant presence in the lives of those who knew and loved her. Her light, though now extinguished, continues to illuminate the paths of those she leaves behind, guiding them with the love and laughter she so generously shared.
