Throughout his military career, Arthur touched the lives of many, earning respect and admiration from those he served alongside. Family was at the heart of Arthur's life. He was married to his cherished wife, Ramona Gloria Mercer, who predeceased him, but remains an everlasting presence in the hearts of their children and grandchildren.
