Arthur Douglas Lutgens

Douglas "Doug" Lutgens, age 63, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on August 23, 2026. Born on February 4th, 1963, in Jacksonville, Florida, he was the beloved father of Hayden Lutgens, son of Sandra Griffin, and grew up alongside his sister, Christy, and brother, Scott. Doug was a wonderful person who was always known for his quick wit and generous heart. He spent his career working as a Carpenter and spent his free time enjoying camping, fishing and hunting. To his siblings, he was not just a brother, but a trusted friend and constant source of laughter whose loss leaves a deep void. He is survived by his son, mother and siblings, Hayden Paul Lutgens, his son, Sandra, his mother, and siblings Scott and Christy, his father, Arthur D. Lutgens, and many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
