As a loving father to his daughters, Monica Tovar Torres and Carmen Tovar, and his son, Armando Tovar Jr., he was a guiding light, offering wisdom and encouragement at every turn. His legacy extends through the generations, as he was not only a cherished father but also a proud grandfather to three grandchildren and a great-grandfather to one great-grandchild, each of whom brought immense joy to his life.
