Anthony "Tony" Clark, peacefully passed away on July 7, 2026, after a brief battle with cancer. Born on November 29, 1960, Tony lived a life that will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
Tony was the beloved son of Edward Clark and the late Eleanor (Mattson) Clark. He was apart of a large family, growing up alongside his surviving siblings John, Dave, Barry, Ronny, Ricky, Cathy, and Donna. While Tony is reunited with his late mother, Eleanor, and his brothers, Eddie and Kenny, as well as his dear sisters-in-law, Karen and MaryLynn, his spirit and love continue to shine through his surviving family. His father, Edward, remains a pillar of strength for the family, holding Tony's memory close.
Tony went to Bridgeton High School. Tony was known for his strong work ethic and a passion for the sea. This led to a fulfilling career as a crane operator, where he worked for various Marine Construction companies. His colleagues remember him as a diligent worker with an infectious sense of humor and a generous heart.
Tony was a devoted father to his three children, Danielle (Steve), Brittany, and Anthony Jr. He found immense joy in watching them grow and succeed in their own lives. His role as a grandfather brought him unparalleled happiness; his six grandchildren, Aviana, Mikayla, Peyton, Audrina, Aiden, and Jayden, were the light of his life. Tony cherished every moment spent with them, creating countless memories filled with laughter and love.
In honoring Tony's wishes, the family has decided to forgo formal services. He will be cremated, as per his request, allowing his loved ones to celebrate his life in their own personal ways. This decision reflects Tony's humble and considerate nature, always thinking of others before himself.
For those who wish to honor Tony's memory, the family suggests donations be made to a cancer research organization of your choice, continuing the fight against the disease he bravely faced.
Though Tony has left this earthly realm, his legacy of love, kindness, and resilience endures in the hearts of his family and friends. As we bid farewell to an extraordinary man, we find comfort in the beautiful memories he has left behind.
