Born on February 14, 1964, in Greenville, South Carolina, Anthony was the cherished son of the late Charles and Bernice Rodgers, who instilled in him values of integrity and compassion. He carried these values throughout his life, touching the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Anthony is survived by his son, Zamarion Deontae Rodgers. Anthony was also a beloved brother to Jerry Johnson (Raye), Charles Rodgers, Theodore Rodgers (Daniela), Timothy Rodgers (Debra), and Richard Rodgers. A service to celebrate Anthony's life will be held on November 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Bostick Tompkins Funeral Chapel, located at 2930 Colonial Drive, Columbia, SC 29203. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach for their professional and compassionate care during Anthony's illness.
