Born on November 13, 1960, in the serene town of Oguta, Imo State, Nigeria, Anthony was the cherished son of the late Mr. Nwadiaro Ikeogu Nwokocha and Ogbuefi (Ezinne) Francisca Nkwo Onyemuru Nwokocha. He was raised in a family that instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and compassion, which he carried with him throughout his life. A bright and inquisitive mind led Anthony to pursue higher education at the University of Calabar, where he distinguished himself as a dedicated student.
