Anthony Leflore, a beloved son, father, and friend to many, passed away peacefully at home on September 10, 2026. Born on June 22, 1994, in Youngstown, Ohio, Anthony was a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew him. His infectious smile and laughter could light up and shake any room, leaving behind memories of joy and warmth. Anthony was a proud graduate of Mahoning Valley School, class of 2012. With a thirst for knowledge and a determination to succeed, he pursued higher education in California and New York. His journey through life was marked by a deep passion for sports, having played Little League Football with the New Bethel Braves and the Fighting Little Redmen. In high school, he continued to shine on the field with the East High Panthers and the Chaney Cowboys. A dedicated fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Anthony's love for the game was evident in every spirited cheer. Beyond his athletic pursuits, Anthony found joy in dancing, music, and the company of family and friends. His spirit of fun and humor, often expressed through his love for "clowning" around, endeared him to all. Yet, it was his role as a father that he cherished most. His children, Ni’Liyah, George III, and Jordan, were the apples of his eye, and he loved each of them dearly. Anthony is survived by his loving mother, Adrienne Kimbrough, and his cherished children. He leaves behind a large and loving family, including his siblings Shawntell, Sable, Adrian, Tracee, George E., Dion, Janiya, and LaVail, as well as his grandparents, Anita and Jerry Morton. He is also remembered fondly by his aunt Nephateria Kimbrough, uncle Marniese Kimbrough, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who shared in his life's journey. He was predeceased by his father, George Leflore, Sr., and a host of family members, including his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, a niece, and his best friend, Carlos Crues.
