Born on April 21, 1976, in the vibrant city of San Antonio, Texas, Anne Marie’s journey through life was marked by her indomitable spirit, her boundless compassion, and her unyielding resilience. After a courageous battle, she departed this life as she lived it—surrounded by the love she so generously gave to others, ultimately taken by cancer.
Anne Marie was the beloved daughter of Jesus E. Sifuentes and Gloria H. Sifuentes, whose nurturing love shaped her into the remarkable woman she became. She is predeceased by her cherished nephew, Nicholas Aaron Manuel Ramirez, and her dear sister, Rosalie Ramirez, whose memories she held close to her heart.
She leaves behind her two beloved daughters, Mariah and Danielle, who were the center of her universe. Her spirit and strength live on in them, as well as in her best friend of 21 years, who was as much family as she was a confidant and companion.
Anne Marie's life was one of achievement and dedication. A proud graduate of John Jay High School, she went on to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management. Her academic pursuits were a testament to her determination and her desire to create a better life for herself and her family.
Music was Anne Marie's first love, a passion that filled her days with joy and her nights with comfort. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life was a testament to her open heart and generous spirit. She was a true friend and confidant, with a smile that could light up a room and a sense of humor that brought laughter to everyone around her.
Anne Marie was a jokester and a hard worker, fiercely independent and always willing to lend a helping hand. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness and the impact one person can have on the lives of others.
In accordance with her wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Anne Marie's life. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the hospital staff who provided exceptional care and support during Anne Marie's final days, as well as to all those who have offered their love and prayers during this difficult time.
In the words of Anne Marie herself, "Finally, I'm free and at peace." Her legacy of love, laughter, and resilience will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
