Angie was born on August 28, 1953, in the charming town of Silver Springs, Maryland, to her devoted parents, Melvin and Margie Carter. Angie was preceded in death by her cherished brother, Wilbert Carter, whom she held close to her heart throughout her life.
On September 25, 2002, Angie married the love of her life, Jessie L. Gregory.
