Angie was born on August 28, 1953, in the charming town of Silver Springs, Maryland, to her devoted parents, Melvin and Margie Carter. She grew up with a deep love for family, which was a cornerstone of her life. Angie was preceded in death by her cherished brother, Wilbert Carter, whom she held close to her heart throughout her life. On September 25, 2002, Angie married the love of her life, Jessie L. Gregory. Their union was a testament to a deep and abiding love, and together they built a life filled with joy, laughter, and shared dreams. Jessie stood by Angie’s side, offering unwavering support and devotion, particularly during her illness. Angie's life was a tapestry of compassion, kindness, and service to others. She was a beacon of warmth and generosity, always extending a helping hand to those in need. Her genuine smile and infectious laughter could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
