Angelique Johnson, a radiant light and beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend, passed away on September 11, 2026, at the tender age of 20. Born on December 7, 2005, in Bryan, Texas, Angelique blessed the world with her warmth and vivacity, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. Angelique was a cherished daughter of Latara Manahan and Reginald Johnson, who raised her with love and guided her through life's many adventures. As a sister, she shared a deep bond with Caebien Manahan and Denum McMillan, who admired her for her kindness and infectious laughter. Growing up, Angelique was surrounded by the nurturing presence of her grandparents, Joeann, Leonard Johnson, Bobby Manahan and Josie Patterson, who instilled in her the values of compassion and resilience. Her aunts, Angela Manahan, Chasity Manahan and Jessica Williams (Vanessa Lee), along with her uncles, William (Antoine) Thomas and Chris Manahan, were pivotal figures in her life, offering unwavering support and endless love. Angelique's vibrant spirit was evident in the way she cherished her relationships. She was a beloved cousin and a steadfast friend, always ready with a listening ear or a comforting hug. Her genuine care for others shone through in everything she did, uplifting those around her and inspiring them to see the beauty in each moment. Though her time with us was far too brief, Angelique's legacy of love and joy will continue to inspire and comfort those who had the privilege of knowing her.
