It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Angela Janoras Acacio, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who peacefully departed from this world on March 10, 2026, surrounded by the love and presence of her cherished family. Angela was born on November 20, 1948, in the quaint and vibrant community of Sorsogon Bicol, Philippines, to Jacinto Janoras and Rufina Villafuerte. Her journey of 77 years was a testament to a life lived with purpose, warmth, and an unwavering dedication to those she loved. Angela is predeceased by her beloved husband, Reynaldo E. Acacio, with whom she shared 57 dedicated years of marriage. Together, they navigated the joys and challenges of life. As a devoted military wife, Angela was a steadfast pillar of support, embracing each chapter of their shared journey with grace, patience and resilience. A woman of remarkable strength and dedication, Angela found her calling in the field of caregiving. She spent many fulfilling years as a Certified Nursing Assistant before realizing her dream of opening her own Board & Care home for the disabled. Her work was more than a career; it was a reflection of her boundless compassion and her commitment to nurturing those in need. Angela’s life was a vibrant tapestry woven with the threads of her passions and interests. Her backyard was a sanctuary, where she lovingly tended to her garden, finding joy and tranquility among the blossoms. Orchids, her favorite flower, flourished under her care, much like the people whose lives she touched. An exceptional cook, Angela delighted in preparing Filipino dishes, sharing them generously with friends and neighbors, creating moments of connection and community around her table. Known for her strong work ethic and infectious enthusiasm, Angela had a natural ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her warmness, kindness, and overwhelming generosity left an enduring mark on all who were fortunate to know her. Angela lived her life with a passion that inspired those around her, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to resonate in the hearts of her family and friends. Angela leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her sons, Rey Jr. and Erick; her daughter Elsa and son-in-law Romeo; and her treasured grandchildren, Alex, Elisa, and Melissa. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and close friends who were like family to her. Though Angela’s physical presence will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched. Her family invites those who knew her to celebrate her life, honoring her memory by embodying the compassion and joy she so effortlessly shared with the world. In the garden of life, Angela was a rare and beautiful orchid whose legacy of love and kindness will continue to bloom in the hearts of all who knew her.
