Angel was the cherished son of Francisco Maquixtle Apale and Carmen Hernandez Rosales, who have both preceded him in death. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted siblings, Francisca, Viviana, and Ana, who stood by him through all of life's joys and challenges. Angel's spirit lives on in his nephews, Crescensio, and nieces, Olga, Lucero, and Itzel, along with a host of beloved family and friends who will forever cherish his memory. A lover of sports, Angel found joy in playing soccer, though it was baseball that truly captured his heart. His passion for the game was only matched by his love for carne asada, a dish that brought people together and filled his home with warmth and laughter. Angel's greatest joy, however, came from spending time with his nieces and nephews, sharing in their laughter and delight. Angel's personality was as bright and inviting as the sunlit fields of his childhood. Known for his happy demeanor and playful sense of humor, he had a unique ability to bring smiles to those around him. His generosity knew no bounds, and he spread kindness wherever he went, leaving a lasting impression on every soul he touched. A service to celebrate Angel's life will be held on October 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM at All Saints Episcopal Church, located at 1401 Lee Victory Parkway, Smyrna, TN 37167. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life well lived, to share stories, and to honor the legacy of a man who loved deeply and gave generously. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Angel's name, as a tribute to his generous spirit and enduring legacy of kindness.
