Angel Antonio Ramirez, born on July 25, 1978, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of many who cherished his warm and kind spirit, a legacy that will endure through the memories he created with those he loved. The beloved son of Celia Morales and the late Winston Cesar Ramirez, Angel was a devoted family man, whose life was a testament to the power of love and laughter. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Angelia Abuzo, and his mother, Celia Morales, as well as his stepfather, Alex Acevedo. His sisters, Betzaida Ramirez, Celia Acevedo, Jocelyn Acevedo, Alexandra Acevedo, and Jennifer Acevedo, along with his extended family, including Diamond Ortiz, D'Angelo Ortiz, and Jazzlene Ortiz, held a special place in his heart. Angel was also adored by numerous nephews and nieces, who will remember him fondly: Junior Mercado, Luis Rivera Jr., Hector Rodriguez Jr., Alex Rodriguez, Bennie Gonzalez, Ramon Pagan, Alejandro Acevedo, Keilany Turner, Diamante Rodriguez, Isabela Rivera, Aryana Rivera, and Alfredo Lopez. Angel was predeceased by his father, Winston Cesar Ramirez, and his grandfather, Rafael Antonio Ortiz, both of whom he deeply admired and held in high regard throughout his life. A proud graduate of McCaskey High School, Angel spent nearly two decades working at Dart Containers. His dedication and work ethic were admired by colleagues and friends alike. Outside of work, Angel was a passionate enthusiast of WWE, baseball, football, and cars. His love for these pastimes was only matched by his love for sharing them with those around him. Angel's kindness and generosity were the hallmarks of his character. Known for his quick wit and humorous, yet gentle sarcasm, he had a unique ability to lighten any room, leaving an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. His spirit of joy and laughter was infectious, reminding all who knew him of the importance of finding humor and hope in life’s journey. In accordance with his wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Angel's incredible life. In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor Angel's memory to make a donation to a charity of their choice. The family extends a heartfelt message of gratitude to Angel's grandmother, Cruz Elvia Padilla: "Having a grandmother like you is the greatest gift of all. Thank you for being our rock that holds this entire family together. Without you, we would fall and tumble. Thank you for your endless love and gentle guidance." Angel Antonio Ramirez will be remembered for the joy, laughter, and love he brought to the world. His laughter will echo in the hearts of his family and friends for years to come, and his spirit will continue to guide and inspire those he left behind.
