It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Andy Chavez, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on March 18, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on December 5, 1957, in the vibrant city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Andy was the cherished son of Charles Garcia and Veronica Chavez. Andy lived a life marked by service, love, and unwavering faith. As a young man, he answered the call to serve his country, joining the U.S. Air Force with a spirit of dedication and courage that would define his character throughout his life. On January 19, 2002, Andy married the love of his life, Beth Duggar. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love and partnership, filled with laughter, mutual respect, and unwavering support. Together, they built a family foundation strong enough to weather any storm, nurturing a blended family that flourished under their loving guidance. Andy leaves behind his devoted wife, Beth Chavez, and his loving sons, Robert Jr. Allen, John Allen, and Chris Allen, who each carry a part of his legacy in their hearts. His pride and joy were his 12 grandchildren, who brought immense happiness and fulfillment to his days. A man of deep faith, Andy was an active member of Christ the King Church, where he found comfort and community. His commitment to his faith was evident in his actions and the kindness he extended to all who knew him. His presence was a testament to the power of faith and the impact one life can have on a community. The life of Andy Chavez will be celebrated on May 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Christ the King Church, located at 10055 Airport Road, Conroe, Texas 77303. We gather not to mourn his passing, but to honor and celebrate the remarkable life he led and the countless ways he touched our hearts. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Andy’s memory, reflecting the generous spirit with which he lived his life.
