August 12, 1960 — October 26, 2026

Andrea, born on August 12, 1960, in Kansas City, Kansas, peacefully left this world surrounded by love on October 26, 2026. She was the cherished daughter of the late Rev. Langston Lee and Juanita Marie Lee, and she carried their legacy with grace and strength throughout her life. Andrea's early years in Wyandotte County were marked by the vibrant spirit of a proud Bulldog from the Wyandotte High School class of 1978. Her educational journey laid the foundation for a career dedicated to helping others in the medical field, where she expertly assisted patients with medical insurance matters and claims processing. Her work was a testament to her unwavering commitment to those in need. Andrea possessed a keen eye for style, with a particular fondness for leopard print, which was just one example of her unique flair. Her love for beautiful things was evident in the way she decorated her home, creating spaces that radiated warmth and elegance. She cherished the little moments, especially those spent with family and friends, sharing laughter and creating memories that will be treasured forever. Her personality was unmistakably her own—strong-willed, outspoken, and unapologetically honest. Andrea's candid nature meant you always knew where you stood with her, as she believed in speaking her truth. Yet beneath that formidable exterior was a woman of profound love, caring deeply for her family and always striving for their well-being. Her sense of humor and memorable presence left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Andrea's faith in Christ was a guiding light throughout her life. She faced life's challenges with a remarkable fighting spirit and determination that reflected the depth of her character. Though her earthly journey has concluded, the love she shared and the memories she created will endure in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. Andrea's love and legacy continue through her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Kaylon Drew, Tijuan Lee Jr., Kameron Cutchlow (Kei’Ariah), Antonio Lee, Amariya Griffin (Nalai), Tarold (TJ) Davis Jr., Darrien Davis, Tyler Davis, Tyrien Lee, Amir Davis, Dylan Davis, Teylor Davis, Rylea Thomas, Lexie Thomas, Keyanna Malone, and Jasmine Malone. In total, she leaves behind nine beloved grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, each carrying a piece of her spirit and love. Though she is no longer with us, Andrea's memory will live on through a host of extended family members, dear friends, and all those whose lives she touched. A private funeral ceremony will be held on November 7, 2026, to honor her remarkable life and enduring spirit. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Andrea's memory to an organization close to her heart. While we mourn her passing, we find solace in knowing that Andrea's long and courageous battle has come to an end. We will remember her for her strength, laughter, honesty, love, and the countless memories that will forever bind us together.
